Whistleblower Channels

Are you aware of the existence of founded evidence which concerns corruption or other possible irregularities, non-compliance or any unlawful behavior, the principles set out in our Code of Conduct or rules governing SEAT Group?

We believe that transparency and trust are essential to the sustainability and long-term success of the Company, therefore the SEAT Group provides its Anti-corruption Guideline as well as with the following Whistleblower Channels. If we have Reasonable Suspicion of a violation of the Code of Conduct or any Serious Regulatory Violation in our work environment, we can use the Group Whistleblower System to report this – either by giving our name or anonymously. Serious Regulatory Violations significantly harm the reputation or the financial interests of the Volkswagen Group or one of its Group companies.

Complying with statutory regulations and internal rules has top priority at SEAT Group. We can only avoid damage to our company, our employees and business partners if rules and standards are respected. Consequently, misconduct must be recognized, processed and remedied.

That calls for vigilance on the part of everyone along with a willingness to draw attention to possible Serious Regulatory Violations on the basis of Reasonable Suspicion. We also value information of this nature from business partners, customers and other third parties. Reports to the Central Investigation Office can be made at any time and in any language.

Our Whistleblower System is governed, among others, by the principles of fairness, presumption of innocence, proportionality and protection of whistleblowers. All the information received is handled ensuring maximum confidentiality. Additionally, the Whistleblower System guarantees the greatest possible protection for whistleblowers and Persons Implicated and an investigation is only initiated after very careful examination of the facts and Reasonable Suspicion of a Regulatory Violation.

This Whistleblower System is available to employees, business partners and other interested third parties. They can communicate the existence of irregularities or infringements through the following channels.
